Council’s consideration of Public Safety Technology: Surveillance Technology Ordinance and Police Equipment Ordinance Approvals, Policy Updates, and Contract Authority (ODPA) – (15 Minutes) b. Discussion and action of Charter Amendment to Rationalize Process for PAB Policy and Procedure Reviews (Cayetano) – (20 Minutes) c.
