F.2. Updated Records Retention Schedule Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 49-25 approving an Updated Records Retention Schedule. F.3. Housing Element Implementation – Ordinance 25-04, Ordinance 25- 05, Resolution 52-25(A), and Resolution 52-25(B), Regarding Amendments to the General Plan and Zoning, and Adoption of Objective Design Standards Recommendation: Take the following actions: 1) For Housing Element Sites outside the Downtown: a) Waive the full reading and adopt Ordinance 25-04. b) Adopt Resolution 52-25A. 2) For Housing Element Sites within the Downtown: a) Waive the full reading and adopt Ordinance 25-05. b) Adopt Resolution 52-25B. Performance Pipeline Technologies Inc. Contract Acceptance - 2023 Annual Storm Drain Repair Project (Category B), No. 5007 Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 54-25, Acceptance of Work for the 2023 Annual Storm Drain Repair Project (Category B), City Project No. 5007 with Performance Pipeline Technologies Inc. and Authorize the City Clerk to sign and file the Notice of Completion with the Contra Costa County Clerk- Recorder. Change Order #1 with Bonetti Plumbing for City Hall Sanitary Sewer Replacement Recommendation: Approve Contract Change Order #1 with Frank Bonetti Plumbing, Inc. to increase the contract value by $21,525 to a new total contract value of $73,850. The 90-day limit begins on the date the decision is final (Code of Civil Procedure §1094.6). Further, if you file a challenge in Court, you may be limited by California law, including but not limited to Government Code §65009, to those issues raised in connection with the public hearing. The City Council may be requested to reconsider a decision if the request is made prior to the next City Council meeting.
