Contract Acceptance - 2023 Annual Storm Drain Repair Project (Category B), No. 5007 Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 54-25, Acceptance of Work for the 2023 Annual Storm Drain Repair Project (Category B), City Project No. 5007 with Performance Pipeline Technologies Inc. and Authorize the City Clerk to sign and file the Notice of Completion with the Contra Costa County Clerk- Recorder. Change Order #1 with Bonetti Plumbing for City Hall Sanitary Sewer Replacement Recommendation: Approve Contract Change Order #1 with Frank Bonetti Plumbing, Inc. to increase the contract value by $21,525 to a new total contract value of $73,850.
