Okay, so with that said, welcome.
First off can we do a roll call?
Thank you.
Commissioner Valia.
Here.
Commissioner Case.
Here.
Vice Chair Krelling.
Here.
And Chair Newsom.
Here.
Commissioner Killian is absent but we have four.
We have a quorum.
Okay.
First a question.
Has anybody on the committee had any ex parte communications with the public?
No.
None heard?
before I get into anything else,
I just want to remind everybody that decisions made
by this commission may be appealed, right?
So, consent calendar.
Any items to consider moving to the consent calendar?
Yeah, staff would recommend moving items 4A and 4B
to the consent calendar.
If you wish to do so, there should be a motion
to move those to the consent calendar.
I'd like to make a motion,
I have a question if I may before I'm making the motion.
If we move items to consent and I just want to point out a typo
on one of the documents, at what point should I do that?
Just to get it correct for the right.
Is it in a resolution?
No. It's in a memo.
A staff report?
Is it just a typographical error or does it have any effect on?
Just typographical.
Well, at one date of a meeting of DRC was off by one year for the Walden Townhomes.
Should be April 6, 2022, not 23.
Okay.
We'll make the change.
All right.
Then I move, I motion that we move the two agenda items for the evening to the consent
calendar.
I second.
I second it.
I think you were first.
You were first.
Your word for it first
Okay
We get a vote
You made the motion to a commissioner crawling. I
Commissioner case. Yes, Commissioner of Leah. Yes, mr. Newsom. Yo, okay, both items are moved
Now you want to is there any item of the public that would want to take these items off the consent calendar
No, if that's the case and you're are in
on Zoom, please raise your electronic hand if you wish to do so. I'm seeing none.
Okay. Okay, so we just voted, do we? No, it's just to move them. Okay, all right.
Can we have a vote to approve the items on the consent calendar?
We need a motion. How about a motion first? I'll make a motion to approve consent calendar.
I seconded. Okay. The vote? Okay. Commissioner Case? Yes. Commissioner Valia? Yes. Vice chair
Kurling? Aye. Chair Newsom? Yes. 4-0. Motion carries. Okay. All right,
excellent. So now on to public communications. This portion of the
meeting is reserved for items not on the agenda. Under the Brown Act, the
Commission cannot act on items raised in public communications but respond
briefly to statements made or questions posed request clarifications or refer
Items to staff. Okay, so there's no members the public here. Are there any on zoom?
Might want to make public communication
seeing none
Okay, moving on public hearing there's none
There's no items on the left that remain, right?
Okay, so
How about commissions considerations number five?
This portion of the agenda is for items that are not required to be publicly noticed
But where a formal staff presentation question and answer period public input or discussion among the commissioners is helpful
Anybody got anything?
Anybody in zoom have any items public communications that are not on the agenda
I'm seeing none
moving right along
Commission member and staff reports or announcements. Do we have any such reports or announcements?
So in looking at our upcoming items, there's been a, there's a few items that have been
on future meetings, but they've all been moved from one reason or another.
So it looks like we'll be canceling August, October 4th.
So go ahead and make plans.
Okay.
All right.
Good.
Good time to get COVID.
I already had it, so there you go.
Okay.
That's it.
Adjournment, right?
607.
7 minutes.
You're welcome.
