Project Description: The applicant is proposing to build four single-story commercial buildings totaling 29,908 sq. ft. that comprise RH. These buildings will be constructed on a 1.14-acre site formed by merging two parcels. The project entails the demolition of existing commercial structures, improvements to the frontage, and the removal of certain trees. Design Review for a Major Project is required. Project Description: The Planning Commission will consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to establish Spark Athletics, a Youth Instructional Tumbling and Cheer Studio within an existing one-story, 3,400-square-foot tenant space on Mt. Diablo Boulevard. The site is zoned Mixed-Use Commercial (MU-C), where the proposed "Personal Improvement Service" requires Planning Commission approval. No exterior modifications are proposed. Project Description: Request for a Special Use Permit to allow a temporary pediatric medical trailer within the parking lot of the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital. The trailer would be sited and utilized 2 times per month during normal business hours. A Special Use Permit (SUP) is required to allow temporary vehicle uses at the site. 7. ADJOURNMENT

Appeal Rights: As provided in Part IV, Article 5 of the Walnut Creek Zoning Ordinance, any interested party may appeal a decision of the Planning Commission within ten (10) calendar days after the mailing of the decision by filing a written appeal and the applicable appeal fee(s) with the City Clerk’s Office (if such date falls on a weekend or City holiday, then the deadline shall be extended until the next regular business day). Such written appeal shall specify the name of the person making the appeal, identify the decision being appealed, and state the reason(s) for the appeal. Such appeal must be received by the City Clerk’s Office no later than the close of business on the last day of the appeal period. If you wish to receive a mailing of the Planning Commission’s decision, you must file a written request of such notification with the City Clerk’s Office or the Planning Division in advance of the Planning Commission hearing.
