2a. UPDATE ON DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TEAM PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: PROJECTS AND OUTCOMES
The City of Walnut Creek’s Development Services Team (DST) partners with a wide range of customers to process a diverse set of development applications from small, residential remodels to large, commercial mixed-use projects. The City Council is being asked to receive an update on the DST’s improvement efforts and review the outcomes resulting from this work.
