4. Discussion/Action: BEAR DFSC Recommendation (Hertzer-Baptiste)

Recommendation: Disaster and Fire Safety Commission (DFSC) recommends that an ad-hoc committee be initiated to evaluate the feasibility, fiscal impact, and operational structure of reviving the Berkeley Emergency Alternative Response (BEAR) program, and to report back with findings and recommendations Written Material: Recommendation DFSC
