Commission Action Items The public may comment on each item listed on the agenda for action as the item is taken up. Following review and discussion of the items listed below, the Commission may continue an item to a future Commission meeting. No Action can be taken on items that are not noticed on the published agenda.
Recommendation: Adopt an annual workplan for FY 2026-2027 which focusses on three priorities, selected by the Commission from the list below. Commissioners can also add an item for consideration at the meeting. The priority issues proposed for consideration are: • Racial Justice: Reparations And Indigenous Peoples • LGBTQ • Sex Trafficking • Immigration • Voter Access • Screening Tool For Peace & Justice In Budget Planning • Community Policing Policies
Recommendation: Establish an Ad Hoc committee for each selected priority from the FY 2026-2027 annual workplan.
