Your safety is directly impacted by your awareness of your surroundings.
Just a reminder, in the event of a fire alarm activation, I'm going to ask my partner, Jerry,
to lead us all, including audience members downstairs in the plaza.
We will wait for the all clear by the fire department or direction from security.
In the event of an earthquake, we are going to shelter in place, get underneath the desk,
large object doorway, et cetera, until the shaking stops and we'll do an assessment at
that point.
In the event of a first aid medical situation or need to do CPR, I'm going to nominate myself.
Again, I'll reach out to Jerry, ask him to contact 911 Security and provide a location for EMS.
The event of an active attacker, again, a reminder, run, hide, and fight.
That concludes your safety briefing for this committee, and I wish you a happy Friday and good weekend.
