The Committee will elect a Committee Chair and Vice-Chair for the MSPBD Committee. The Board Member elected as the Committee Chair will sit on the NCTD Executive Committee per NCTD Board Policy No. 3 – Committees and External Appointments. (Taylor Siwy, Deputy Clerk)
