3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION TOPICS

At a Closed Session meeting of the Governing Board, members of the public may address the Board on the posted Closed Session topic only, as indicated below:  G.C. 54957 - Public Employee Evaluation, Superintendent Public comments to the Board will be made in person. Persons wishing to address the Governing Board should fill out and submit a comment request card, available at the sign-in table, prior to the start of the meeting. Comments may be restricted to up to 3 minutes per speaker. Pursuant to the Brown Act, no discussion or action related to public comments will take place.

4. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION

4.1. Recess to Closed Session

The Governing Board will adjourn to Closed Session to meet on the following items:  G.C. 54957 - Public Employee Evaluation, Superintendent
