Public comments to the Governing Board will be made in person. At a Special Meeting of the Governing Board, members of the public may address the Board on the posted agenda items only. Persons wishing to address the Governing Board should fill out and submit a comment request card, available at the sign-in table, prior to the start of the meeting. Comments may be restricted to up to 3 minutes per speaker. Pursuant to the Brown Act, no discussion or action related to public comments will take place.
