3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION TOPICS

At a Closed Session meeting of the Governing Board, members of the public may address the Board on the posted Closed Session topic only, as indicated below:  G.C. 54957 - Public Employee Appointment / Discussion Position: Superintendent Public comments to the Board will be made in person. Persons wishing to address the Governing Board should fill out and submit a comment request card, available at the sign-in table, prior to the start of the meeting. Comments may be restricted to up to 3 minutes per speaker. Pursuant to the Brown Act, no discussion or action related to public comments will take place.
